Stygian Coins

"You and your fellow Wretches have all died, and each one of your souls is too poor to reach the promise lands. Your only chance to reach paradise is to gamble parts of your soul with your fellow lowlifes and hope you come out on top. Or you could stack the odds in your favor...."

Stygian Coins is a business card sized party game meant to be a supplement to game night. Specifically, it is a way of encouraging people to play several quick- and potentially improvised- games with a built in goal for the night. Additionally, it allows for a both a flexible player size and for people to drop in or out of groups on a whim. The only requirements are that people have some way of keeping track of their Coins, and that the group gathers around at the end to see how well everyone did.

Note:

• It's probably not a good idea to play this game with people who are very religious.
• This game falls under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. Feel free to do whatever you want with this rule set, as long as you remember to attribute me.
