The 6 Month Proofreading Update

Kept you waiting huh? In my defense I was busy with one or two things this year.

This is mainly just a proofreading pass, as well as reformatting some rules for clarity. Everything else should run similarly to the original submission.

The other reason why it's taken so long for an update is that I'm working on a complete overhaul for this game. Every single mechanic and rule in the game has been reworked and streamlined for even faster play. 

No promises on the release date other then it's reaching the private play testing stage soon.
